  Words really can't begin to describe what PCC has done for me.
  Although,   I never went to PCC as a student, I was a proctor
  (1993-1996); Resident Administrator (1997-1999); and the Program
  Director (2000-2001 & 2003-2007).  In all of these experiences, I feel
  that the teacher and person I am today is directly related to my
  amazing memories at PCC.  As a high school teacher, I only wish that
  every school could be just like PCC!  Thank you for making PCC the
  most amazing place on Earth!   Best wishes everyone!  Always keep the

  PCC Changed my life forever. It gave me confidence that I never new I
  could have had. It opened new beginnings for me that changed my life
  forever!  Before I went to PCC I never had ever taken any singing
  lessons.  When I went to PCC my first year I took the Music and
  Movement class, not expecting what was to come.  I ended up getting
  a singing solo in the show at the end of the summer, and since then I
  have been taking formal singing lessons and I have another solo in this
  years show! To all that have made my summers great I thank you!

  I have no idea where to start. When I signed up for PCC I didn't think
  I would come out of my shell but I was clearly wrong.  In the start I
  was homesick but with the help of my 5D girlies I felt at home in an
  instant and didn't want to part with Shea/Durgin when week 6 rolled
  around.  Now that I think about it I really miss all of the wonderful
  people who looked at you for who you are. I wouldn't trade my summer

  While at PCC, I discovered so much about myself, and I grew a great

  PCC is indescribable but I'm gonna try to describe it.  PCC not only
  builds character, but it builds everlasting friendships.  Every aspect of it
  is amazing.  The food, the proctors, the classes, the people, etc. To
  anybody who has doubts going here, please think long and hard about
  the fateful decision you would be making by not going.

  If it had not been for PCC, I wouldn't be the person I am today and I
  wouldn't have been nearly as successful as I have been since I
  attended PCC.  I would be no where without this program. 
  It hurts me to hear when people say that PCC dies, but it only does if
  you let it.  I always look back to the good ol' days back when I lived
  back in Pope Hall when it became a girls' dormitory to live in, and when
  I was on 5 Durgin and we were the only girls on that side of Shea-Durgin.
  PCC was the best 12 weeks of my life, and I mean that.

  Nothing could ever replace PCC in my heart; I will never forget the
  experience.  It taught me so many life lessons that I will never forget;
  it allowed me to grow socially and mentally and I feel like such a
  different person than I used to be.  I made many friends there that I
  know will last a lifetime.  My two summers there had themes to
  "discover your voice" and find your "true colors"--two themes that,
  along with all of the staff and several students, inspired me along the
  way.
  I'd love to hear from anybody else who went to PCC.

  I love PCC with all my heart. It is by far the best thing that has ever
  happened to me and I'm sure that it will always remain the most
  amazing part of my life. This summer was my last at PCC but only as a
  student.  I will always hold PCC in my heart and I plan on being a
  proctor someday to help give back the amazing experience I had
  gotten from PCC 2007 and PCC 2008.  PCC has affected me in
  immeasurable ways and it is my home. I know I will find my way back
  to PCC someday and I can't wait until that day comes.

  PCC is amazing! Even though PCC (the summer) has ended I don't
  believe it's over. I still talk to so many of my PCC family.  There isn't one
  day that I go through without thinking about PCC, and if you can ever
  get a chance to become a proctor do it!  I so look forward to being a
  proctor in 2011 and so on.

  PCC was an amazing experience! It took me a while to get used to it,
  there are so many different types of people and they all come from
  different towns.  I truly wish that I had returned for PCC 2008.  It would
  have been really fun to check up on my friends from the previous year
  and see how everything is.  PCC is just one of those places where you
  can truly find yourself, and learn to live practically on your own for
  those 12 weeks.
